Hey Hey!

A while back I met Chris when he was working at another shop and my friend was getting a tat done and I was getting something simple done down there. Sadly he didn't do my first tattoo. After bs'ing for a while about all kinds of things about life and art and checking out that we were both into biomech and H.R. and seeing what he could do I knew that there was no one else I wanted to do mine and my wifes tattoos. My wife got a huge fairy style angel on her back, full color, and a nice 8 hour job. It looked perfect. And not long after that I turned around myself and scheduled an appointment to come down to his private studio and get the "wing thing" done as we called it when I setup the appointment. It was a pretty crazy time from him moving around, but if there is one thing that is for sure, Chris keeps to his appointments and lives up to his reputation. I live an hour away in good traffic, and a hell of a lot longer in bad traffic but it is definitely worth the travel. As for the "wing thing" (http://www.manictattoos.com/tattoos/tattoos_22052.html) there is a lot of meaning. The design was hashed out between both myself and chris and the sketches were a blast. I actually drew a full size drawing of the basic design, and he pushed it as far as you could go into a tattooable biomech'd design with all my symbolism. So I don't put anyone to sleep the short of it is the 6 wings are from a Seraphim angel, with ties to life, death, and afterlife along with love (there is a heart above the star) and a feeling of knowing there is more etc... annnnyway, I know for sure that anything I get in the future, I have only one place to go.
